Installation Support

Installation of PostalCAD 2020 and AutoCAD Map 3D 2020 is accomplished directly through the ACE environment. Simply request your installations through the eAccess system, or through your Information Technology staff.

Existing installations of PostalCAD 2015 and AutoCAD Map 3D 2015 will be replaced with a new installation of PostalCAD 2020 and AutoCAD Map 3D 2020.

Support and technical assistance for your installation is through your local or regional Information Technology staff. The ACE help desk may also assist you with installation support.

Once the software is installed on your computer, all other technical support for an installed version of
