PostalCAD 3D Modeling
	The goal of the PostalCAD 3D Modeling course is to teach students how to create a Postal facility in 3 Dimensions (3D). The course focuses on 3D viewing techniques, creating and editing AutoCAD solids, and photo realistic rendering. The course also covers the use of external references, paper-space layouts and plotting, the use of 3D symbols, and concepts of animation. The course will cover the following topics :

PostalCAD 2009 interface overview Viewing in 3D User Coordinate Systems (UCS) The Wblock command and external references AutoCAD surfaces Creating basic solids Extrusion Boolean operations (Subtraction, Union and Intersection) Rendering including surfaces, texture mapping and lighting Overview of animation         Maximum enrollment: 9 students Course Number: (53201-16) Course Prerequisite(s): Introduction to PostalCAD (53201-39 ) or AutoCAD Fundamentals (53201-23
