Tip for Week 8/23/10

PostalCAD 2009 has a new format for the management of layers in the auto-hiding Layer Properties Manager palette. The old dialogue box hasn't been removed, just relegated to a command line command. At the command line enter CLASSICLAYER. Classic LayerProperties Manager.
