There are many new graphic elements in PostalCAD 2009.
You have seen tool tips with tool bar buttons
in older
versions of the software and now you can see a
tool tip for any visible object in your drawing.
Without any objects selected and no command active. move your mouse over an object.
after about a second, the roll over tool tip will appear with the basic properties showing.

If these tool tips for objects become a visual nuisance,
open the Options dialogue box to the Display tab
and un-check the Show rollover Tool Tips.
