Here's a quick little tip about panning that I discovered by accident.
When you need to pan a view to align with a viewport border, or another piece of geometry,
it's nice to know that you can hold down the SHIFT key to lock the panning tool into Ortho mode.
This trick works in either a Model or Layout tab viewport.
