Expand the Display tab User Interface Panel fully by clicking anywhere on the lower edge. |

Click on the Locked Layer Fading, On/ Off area to turn fading on or off and save the fading percentage.

You can adjust the percentage by holding the left mouse button on the black vertical bar and moving left or right.

|
You can also convert the area into a mini command line editor by double clicking anywhere in the percentage area, type the value you want, and then press the enter key. |
