PostalCAD 2009 now has the ability to create PDF format files from your AutoCAD file. The mechanism for doing this is in the Plot dialogue box using an Autodesk supplied PC3 file.
The following steps will walk you through creating your PDF file.
Right-click on the model or layout tab you want to make into a PDF file and select Plot... from the list.
Select the DWG To PDF.pc3 file from the drop down list in the Printer/plotter area of the dialogue box.
You can use the other plot settings or change the user defined areas to suit your needs. Be sure to preview your PDF file using the Preview... button before picking the OK button to continue.
After the OK button is picked a Browse for Plot File dialogue box will appear. Simply navigate to the directory where you want the file to be placed, give it a name, and pick the Save button to complete the file creation.
