When PostalCAD 2009 is first installed the USPS - PostalCAD workspace needs to be loaded. Just type PWS at the command line if the workspace did not show up. Open the PostalCAD 2009 features guide to see what this workspace should look like.

The interface is set after the workspace, but one other optional change would be to compact the Filters area in the Layers palette. Simply move your cursor over to the left side of the screen and when the Layer Properties palette expands, click on the << graphic to the right of where it says Filters. This minimizes the Filters area so you can focus on Layers only.

This expanded palette can also be widened if you move your cursor to the right edge. When the cursor changes to a horizontal line with an arrow on each end, press and hold the left mouse button to resize.
