When PostalCAD 2009 begins to open a Workspaces window will appear asking you to choose a workspace. We have purposely have added a USPS - PostalCAD workspace to the top of the list. This is the only workspace that contains all of the PostalCAD utilities within the ribbon. A check box to suppress the window when opening is in the lower left corner, but only check this after you know for sure that the USPS - PostalCAD workspace is your default workspace.
