Opening toolbars is a fairly simple step.  Right-click on any existing toolbar button, but not a pull-down box, and select the needed toolbar.

This week's tip is pretty simple, just type the first letter of the toolbar you need and the toolbar that begins with that letter will be highlighted.  Continue pressing the same letter and the selection will scroll through all available listings with that letter.

This tip is great for going to the window toolbar listing quickly, rather than scrolling down to the bottom of the list, which can take some time.
