The lower left corner of the drawing window has the coordinate readout that can be changed between several modes.  A right-click on the read out will give you three options: Relative, Absolute, or off.  A quick tip is that you don't have to right-click to cycle through these modes, simply left-click on the display and the modes will cycle through to the next mode with every click.
