The Properties palette is great for finding the length of a single polyline or the area of a closed polyline, but what do you do if you need to see the total length of multiple polylines at one time?

Use a PostalCAD tool, of course!  Type in PDIST at the command line and select multiple polyline segments and the total length will be issued at the next command line prompt, pronto.
