Are you always scrolling through those paper sizes when you print to find the one you use all the time?  Here's a simple way to edit the list to only show what sizes you typically use.

The next time you print, click on the Properties button to the right of your plotter in the Print dialogue box.  In the Device and Document settings tab (this is what shows by default), highlight Filter Paper Sizes.  Just below the list of available paper sizes pick the Uncheck All button.  Now, simply pick the one or two sizes that you usually print and then the OK button.  You might need to save the configuration file if prompted.  I just overwrite the existing file to make life simple, AutoCAD already has a default path to look in.
