PostalCAD has it's own, very unique, Osnap pop up list. At some point you might need to apply a point filter Osnap in a selection set and these are not in the PostalCAD set of Osnaps.  Simply hold down the Shift+Ctrl keys to access the AutoCAD Osnap pop up list, which contains the point filter Onsaps.
