PostalCAD 2006 expands on some of the basic AutoCAD commands that you are very familiar with.  You can now copy and rotate an object in one command.  Enter CRO at the command line and follow the prompts.  The command line options are to perform a straight forward copy or use a set of reference points for the rotation, if needed.
