Tip for Week 1/2/06

Happy New Year!

The first tip of 2006 is for hatching.

Many users have a typical hatch pattern that they use all the time, but the scale is often very small for use in their drawings.  A simple trick is to use the HPSCALE variable to preset your typical scale.  A typical scale factor may be 48, 96, or 192.  The default is set to 1, which is typically for use in the paperspace layout tabs.
