Sometimes it's the littlest of things that make your day.
If you are new to the Autodesk Map 3D 2005 software, the plot dialogue box opens to a minimized configuration that looks different than earlier versions of AutoCAD. In the lower right corner of the dialogue box there is a small black arrow pointing to the right. If you left click on this arrow, the dialogue box will expand to give you the area for Plot styles, viewport options, plot options, and drawing orientation. Some of these options are important and some are pretty basic. Use what you need. Once the dialogue box is expanded, it will stay that way between AutoCAD sessions.
Don't forget, The ACAD.ctb plot style will print the same colors as seen in your drawing, and the Monochrome plot style will print any color in your file black. Yellow doesn't show up too well on white paper anyway! |
