How do I get 4 Viewports to fill the extents of the printable area of my paper in a Layout tab?
Simple, at the Mview command prompt use the (4) option to create  four viewports in your drawing.  At the Specify first corner or [Fit] <Fit>: prompt, use the fit option to make all four fit to the margins of your page.
