"I sure do draw a lot of lines starting with an Endpoint Osnap and my other Osnaps like midpoint sometimes get in the way.  I wish there were a single command to do this."

Fortunately this statement does have a good answer.  It's the undocumented LE command in PostalCAD.  That's right, simply enter LE at the command line and the LINE command will begin forcing a one time only Endpoint OSNAP to be active and ready to use with your new line segment.
