Tip for Week 9/17/07

I'll bet you didn't know that if the last entity copied to the Windows clipboard is a piece of text, say from an editing box, and you use the PASTE command while in an AutoCAD file, AutoCAD will automatically insert the copied text as an MTEXT object and prompt you for an insertion point using the PASTECLIP command.

I can think of many ways to use this to my advantage to save some time, maybe copy text from a word document and then paste it into AutoCAD.  The scenarios are endless.
