I'll bet you didn't know that if the
last entity copied to the Windows clipboard is a piece of text, say from an
editing box, and you use the PASTE command while in an AutoCAD file, AutoCAD
will automatically insert the copied text as an MTEXT object and prompt you
for an insertion point using the PASTECLIP command.
I can think of many ways to use
this to my advantage to save some time, maybe copy text from a word document
and then paste it into AutoCAD. The scenarios are endless.
