The PostalCAD Library Manager is
configured to insert the block definition that resides within a drawing if
the name is the same as the block in the library. This allows
customized block definitions to keep the changes you made. If you
would like to replace a block definition with one that is different than the
one in a drawing, there are several options.
The PostalCAD Global Block Replace
command will re-define all blocks of the same name. The PostalCAD
Individual Block Replace command will update only those references chosen.
The AutoCAD insert command will also redefine the definition if you try to
insert a block with the same name.
