Here's a little known tip for
modifying a circle using grips.
Highlight a circle without a command active. Select
one of the quadrant grips to make it red and hot. Now you can enter
the new absolute value for it's radius at the command line. The
stretch function at the command line will only take Osnaps or a picked point
for a new stretch point. You cannot enter a direct distance value for
the stretch.
