Where can I get some blocks that will
document our breakroom? The Library Manager only shows a few
non-postal equipment blocks.
Design Center will default to showing you the Sample
directory if you highlight the Folders tab. This directory has a
wealth of blocks that are fairly general for most disciplines. These
files are on your drive after installing AutoCAD based products. The
DC Online tab will use files that are stored on the internet. Make
sure you have an active internet connection before using this. The
array of blocks is quite impressive and best of all, they're free!
These can be dragged and dropped directly into your file or to an existing
tool palette and added to the current login directory under My documents.
Moving this block to another folder and updating the tool palette icon
properties will be needed. You can't drag and drop to a Windows
Explorer window, use the Wblock command to save the block in your file to
the hard drive.
