Do you know how to get your serial
number from the installed copy of AutoCAD on your machine? How about
finding that license agreement to see if you can install AutoCAD on a
machine at home.
The answers to the questions are
sitting in a dialogue box call About AutoCAD that can be opened from the
Help menu pull-down. Simply choose the about listing and the serial
number is listed in the upper left hand corner below the header and the
listing of who the software is licensed to. More correctly, who's name
was typed in on installation. Picking the Product Information button
will expand the listings to include more information. The licenses
agreement can be read by picking the License Agreement button.
Be careful as to whether or not your
license is per machine, or whether it is per user. |
