Here's another 3D tip.
If you plan on working with a lot of 3D blocks, it is often much easier to
work with 2D blocks as place holders until the 3D blocks are really needed.
Simply redefine your 2D blocks as 3D using the Refedit command.
You can also use your existing 2D blocks and then redefine them into 3D.
An existing door symbol block is a good example for this scenario.
Don't forget that the PostalCAD Column
Grid utility also has a 3D block option for column blocks in your drawing.
