I'll bet that you didn't know about
the hidden Move, Copy, and Paste as block trick that can be performed with a
highlighted selection set.
That's right, you can highlight a selection set of entities with no command
active and then hold down the right mouse button and move the selection set
to another spot. Let go of the right mouse button and the four options
available to you show themselves in a popup list. After using this
trick a few times you'll get the hang of it.
The same technique can be used with the left mouse button, but the popup
menu doesn't appear because you can only move entities with the left mouse
button trick.
Unfortunately there is no provision for Osnaps.
The new block name is one of those with ac$ and numbers, so you'll need to
rename the block with the Rename command to create some order out of the
chaos.
